Responsibilities: Management of all real estate transactions for the university: acquisition and disposition of real property; expense and income leases, payments, deposits and monitoring of the lease budget; easements; serves as liaision for the university with sellers, landlords, tenants, university departments, city and county officials, neighborhood and community interests and state regulatory agencies.
Resource Management exists to support the efforts of the university community in preparing students to be educated and enlightened citizens who lead productive and meaningful lives. The offices of Budget, Real Property, Risk Management and Space Management facilitate the acquisition, effective allocation, and safeguarding of financial and physical resources.
