Registration Specifics
Conference Dates
- Early arrivals: Saturday (9/28)
- Conference: Sunday (9/29) to Wednesday (10/2)
- Post conference The Wilds Safari event: Wednesday (10/3) 11:00am – 7:00pm
Registration Costs:
- Early Bird Rate: $775 USD through 7/15/2024.
- Regular Rate: $895 USD from 7/16/2023 through 8/15/2023.
- Late Rate: $995 USD after 8/16/2023.
Registration Discount
- If your institution has more than three attendees, every fourth registrant will receive a 50% discount. Please register all members at full price and the VP of Treasury will contact you about your reimbursement.

- Meal includes hors d’oeuvres, buffet with Vegan options including green salad, pasta arrabiata, and roasted seasonal vegetables; as well as roasted chicken breast and beef tenderloin carving station.

Sunday 9/29: Meet in hotel lobby at 9:45 and proceed to McFerson Commons

Monday 9/30: Dine Around Dinner
- Time: 7:00pm – 9:00pm

- Each attendee will select a restaurant to go to with other attendees, and dining will be at attendees own expense. There will not be a conference dinner on Monday.

Optional Event Add-On
The Wilds Safari, Cumberland, Ohio, and BrewDog Craft Beer Brewery, Columbus, Ohio: Lunch, Safari Tour and BrewDog Brewery Add-On (10/2)
- Date: Wednesday
- Time: 11:00am – 7:00pm
- Cost: $135/person
- Includes: Transportation, box lunch, Open-air Safari tour, concluding with sliders & wings at the Brew Dog Brewery
- Event restrictions: Max of 50 people – first come, first serve (a waitlist will be maintained for request to attend the event after the max is reached).
Guest Event Options
A Guest is a Non-AUREO Member, Non-Conference Attendee.
Attendees may bring a guest to the following events by paying a guest fee. All guest fees will be paid separately by contacting Kevin Jaquess. Please mark your interest in bringing a guest, by marking the appropriate event fields on the form.

- Sunday: Welcome Reception ($75/person)
- Tuesday: Signature Dinner ($125/person)
- Wednesday: The Wilds Safari and BrewDog Craft Brewery Excursion ($135/person)
