2025 Conference Event Details

Registration Specifics

Conference Dates
  • Early arrivals: Saturday (10/25)
    • Saturday Pre-Conference Options
  • Conference: Sunday (10/26) to Wednesday (10/29)
  • Post conference St. Augustine Excursion: Wednesday (10/29)
Registration Costs:
  • Early Bird Rate: $775 USD through 8/15/2025
  • Regular Rate: $895 USD from 8/16/2025 through 9/30/2025
  • Late Rate: $995 USD after 10/1/2025
Registration Discount
  • If your institution has more than three attendees, every fourth registrant will receive a 50% discount.  Please register all members at full price and the VP of Treasury will contact you about your reimbursement.
Registration Includes
  • Attendance to all Programming
  • Access to the Conference App which includes:
    • Conference Schedule
    • Session Details
    • Speaker Bios
    • Additional Resources
  • Breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Lunch on Monday and Tuesday
  • Sunday
    • Welcome Reception at The Hilton Conference Center (all attendees)
      • Light appetizers will be provided
  • Monday
    • Happy Hour Cocktail Reception at The Harn Museum (all attendees)
  • Tuesday:
    • Signature Dinner at The Cade Museum (all attendees)
  • A portion of registration fees will be used for hosting purposes

Optional Event Details

Sunday 10/26:  Flag Football at Pony Field
  • Time: 10:00-11:00am
  • Cost: Free
  • We will contact you to provide additional details if this item is checked on your registration form.
Monday 10/27: Dine Around Dinner
  • Time: 7:00pm – 9:00pm
  • At registration, each attendee will select a restaurant to go to with other attendees, and dining will be at the attendees’ own expense. There will not be a conference dinner on Monday.
  • Groups will head to Dine Arounds via shuttles after Harn Museum Reception
Optional Event Add-On
Wednesday, 10/29: St. Augustine Excursion, St. Augustine, Florida
  • Date: Wednesday, Oct 29
  • Time: Post Conference (TBD)
  • Cost: $85/person
  • Includes: Transportation, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages, & boxed lunch.
  • Event restrictions: Max of 56 people – first come, first served (a waitlist will be maintained for requests to attend the event after the max is reached).

Guest Event Options

A Guest is a Non-AUREO Member, Non-Conference Attendee.
Attendees may bring a guest to the following events by paying a guest fee. All guest fees will be paid separately by contacting Kevin Jaquess. Please mark your interest in bringing a guest, by marking the appropriate event fields on the form.

Guest Event Add-On Options
  • Sunday: Welcome Reception ($75/person)
  • Tuesday: Signature Dinner  ($125/person)
  • Wednesday: St. Augustine Excursion ($85/person)
