University Real Estate
Ensure the creation, implementation and execution of Aggie Development Corporation; Serves as principal staff for the Regents Real Estate Committee and Board of Regents on water and real estate items that require Board of Regents action; Manage all real estate activities for NMSU; Assist with the development/oversight of Public/Private Partnerships for NMSU, as assigned; Insure creation, implementation and execution of a land development master plan; Ensure planning and implementation of an effective public relations campaign focused on development of strategic and successful relationships with neighbors, community and industry relative to assigned areas of real estate and water assets; Ensure the creation and execution of strategic plans and actions aimed at the protection and development, to the fullest possible amount, of the university’s Real Estate and water assets; Provide oversight and leadership for the University Real Estate Office; and Other duties as assigned.
