Conference Dates
- Early arrivals: Saturday (9/19)
- Conference: Sunday (9/20) to Wednesday (9/23)
- Post conference optional Turnagain Arm and Girdwood Excursion: Wednesday (9/23)
Registration Costs:
- Early Bird Rate: $795 USD through 7/22/2026
- Regular Rate: $925 USD from 7/23/2026 through 8/30/2026
- Late Rate: $1050 USD after 9/1/2025
Registration Discount
- If your institution has more than three attendees, every fourth registrant will receive a 50% discount. Please register all members at full price and the VP of Treasury will contact you about your reimbursement.

Sunday 9/21: Coastal Trail Hike
- Time: 10:00am-12:00pm
- Cost: Free
- We will contact you to provide additional details if this item is checked on your registration form.
Monday 9/22: Dine Around Dinner
- Time: 6:00pm – 9:00pm
- At registration, each attendee will select a restaurant to go to with other attendees, and dining will be at the attendees’ own expense. There will not be a conference dinner on Monday.
- Groups will head to Dine Arounds via a short walk after Happy Hour.

Optional Event Add-On
Wednesday, 9/23: Turnagain Arm & Girdwood Excursion with Salmon Berry Tours
- Date: Wednesday, September 23
- Time: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
- Cost: $250/person
- Includes: Transportation, scenic photo stops, light refreshments, a gift shop stop, and a box lunch
- Cap off the conference with a half-day guided tour along the scenic Turnagain Arm. Take in alpine landscapes, glaciers, and wildlife — Dall sheep, bald eagles, and seasonal beluga whales — then ride the Mt. Alyeska tram and visit the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center for up-close encounters with moose, bison, and bears.
Guest Event Options
A Guest is a Non-AUREO Member, Non-Conference Attendee.
Attendees may bring a guest to the following events by paying a guest fee. All guest fees will be paid separately by reaching out to Matthew Rendulic at [email protected]. Please make sure to mark any guest tickets on the registration page, as well.
